PINEAPPLE CAKE

 

CAKE
2 cups sugar 
2 cups flour 
2 tsp. baking soda 
1 tsp. vanilla 
20 oz. can crushed pineapple w/juice (unsweetened) 
2 eggs 

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake 30-40 minutes at 325 degrees until done. Let cool before icing.

ICING 
1 stick butter 
8 oz. cream cheese 
1 cup powdered sugar 
1 tsp. vanilla 

Allow butter and cream cheese to soften. Beat together adding sugar and vanilla. Ice cake.
