
COLE SLAW
1 large head cabbage
- shredded
6 carrots - peeled and shredded (add more, if desired)
17 oz. can pineapple chunks in juice (unsweetened) - drained
8 oz. peanuts (add more, if desired)
8 oz. raisins (add more, if desired)
Marzetti's (original) slaw dressing - add to taste/texture (or try 1/2 lite mayo
& 1/2 Marzetti's)
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. This recipe always seems to
taste better if made 8 to 24 hours in advance.
