
CREAMY MASHED CAULIFLOWER
5 cups cauliflower florets (1 large head)
5 garlic cloves, whole
2 to 3 T. mayonnaise (or Nayonnaise)
1/4 t. salt
Steam cauliflower and garlic in a steamer basket for 15 minutes or until tender.
Blend or food process all ingredients until creamy.
