BROILED CHICKEN WITH FENNEL

skinless chicken breasts
fennel, fronds removed, sliced about 1/2 inch thick
salt & pepper
olive oil
lime
shaved reggiano cheese

Pound chicken. Place chicken & fennel on broiler pan. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with lime juice, salt & pepper.  Broil, then turn and season other side.  Broil second side.  Remove from oven, place cheese shavings over everything, broil until melted.
